Technical Support and Remote Software Upgrade: Support and upgrades will be conducted using the TeamViewer application. Please ensure the application is installed for a smooth process.
Completely Remote Install:
An appointment with Dr. Hans Vink will be pre scheduled to review your software installation and camera settings.
Ensure your computer is online with a stable internet connection and that the computer power is plugged in.
Connect your camera to the USB-C port on the back of the computer.
We will connect remotely through TeamViewer. Please send your TeamViewer ID and TeamViewer password in advance of the scheduled call.
A discussion with Dr. Vink will take place over ZOOM. You will receive a Zoom invite for your scheduled time.

In full agreement that the software update is indeed a game-changer, and with this being said, also take a look at the talent and integrity of both Founders, Dr. Hans Vink and Bob Long, in their vision to improve the health of millions upon millions of people all around the world. Both are "driven" to show the world that a healthy microvascular system is vital to living a longer and healthier life.
Dr. Vink, the inventor of the GlycoCheck Camera and Software System that actually see, and evaluate, the health of the endothelial glycocalyx throughout the entire microvascular system, and Bob Long, the Innovator of the neutraceuticals that have been proven, and patent protected, to repair, restore, and protect the function of the glycocalyx.
Being able to accurately scan & get results in 5 minutes with the new software update is a game-changer. The entire update process was simple and fast, yet very thorough.
