Completely Remote Install:

An appointment with Dr. Hans Vink will be pre scheduled to review your software installation and camera settings.

Ensure your computer is online with a stable internet connection and that the computer power is plugged in.

Connect your camera to the USB-C port on the back of the computer.

We will connect remotely through TeamViewer. Please send your TeamViewer ID and TeamViewer password in advance of the scheduled call.

A discussion with Dr. Vink will take place over ZOOM. You will receive a Zoom invite for your scheduled time.
