Labor Day Draw 2026 — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sweepstakes period
The GlycoCalyx Labor Day Draw (the “Draw”) begins August 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM Mountain Time and ends September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
2. Sponsor
Genesis Health Sciences, LLC d/b/a GlycoCalyx Research Institute, 2701 North Thanksgiving Way, Suite 100, Lehi, Utah 84043 (the “Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, registered members of the Sponsor’s affiliate program, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Draw, regardless of entry method.
- Order entry: place an order for ReVasca at glycocalyx.com using discount code LABORDAY15 during the Entry Period. The name and email address on the order are automatically entered.
- Free entry (no purchase necessary): send an email to support@glycocalyx.com with the subject line “Labor Day Draw”, including your full name, received during the Entry Period. Free entries are treated identically to order entries and have the same odds of winning.
Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means, and entries in excess of the stated limit, are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive six (6) monthly deliveries of ReVasca (winner’s choice of capsules or drink mix for each delivery), shipped free of charge to a U.S. address. Approximate retail value (ARV): $599.70. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize does not renew and does not create a paid subscription; the winner will not be billed. Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
6. Winner selection and odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 14, 2026, conducted by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and prize claim
The potential winner will be notified by email on or about September 14, 2026 and must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Monthly prize shipments begin within 14 days of the winner’s confirmation.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and state in Sponsor communications (including email to the Sponsor’s mailing list) without further compensation.
9. General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in violation of these rules, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the Draw if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, in which case the winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the disruption. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications. By entering, entrants release the Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Draw or acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. This promotion is administered solely by the Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entering the Draw does not by itself subscribe you to marketing email.
11. Winner’s name
For the name of the winner, email support@glycocalyx.com with the subject “Labor Day Draw winner request” within 30 days after September 14, 2026.
