What the endothelial glycocalyx is
Every blood vessel in your body is lined with endothelial cells, and every one of those cells is coated in a fine, gel-like mesh of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans called the endothelial glycocalyx. It is only microns thick, yet it does a remarkable amount of work: it decides what crosses the vessel wall, it keeps blood cells from sticking where they should not, and it senses the drag of flowing blood and converts that into the signal for nitric oxide release.

Why does my bottle look different from the one pictured?
We are moving ReVasca™ to new black packaging. Until that changeover is complete, your order may arrive in the current white bottle rather than the black bottle shown on this page. The formula, the capsule count, the quality and the product inside are exactly the same — only the outside of the container is changing. Both packagings are pictured in the gallery at the top of this page.
What is the difference between the capsules and the grape drink mix?
None, as far as the formula goes. Both carry the same 2,860 mg proprietary blend and both give 30 servings per container. The capsules are four a day with water; the drink mix is one scoop in 8–12 oz of water, naturally grape-flavoured and sweetened with stevia. Pick whichever you are most likely to take every day.
What is the endothelial glycocalyx, and why does it matter?
It is a fine, gel-like layer of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans coating the inside of every blood vessel. It regulates what passes through the vessel wall, keeps blood cells from adhering where they should not, and senses the flow of blood — converting that into the signal for nitric oxide release.
